The Women’s Challenge Hosts Masquerade Benefit November 18 at Parkville Heritage Gardens


The Women’s Challenge, Inc:  Mind, Body & Spirit will host a Masquerade Benefit to ‘Live Life’ on Friday, November 18 from 6:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. at Parkville Heritage Gardens on 7631 Harford Road in Baltimore.  The inaugural, black tie event will support education and wellness programs for women and children and feature jazz and soul singer Maysa and author, speaker and coach, Cheryl Wood as host.

“Our organization endeavors to make a difference in the lives of women,” says Lorraine Bailey-Carter, Founder & President of The Women’s Challenge, Inc.  “We are excited with the opportunity this event will bring in supporting that mission.”

 

The evening’s featured performer and Baltimore resident, Maysa, is slated to perform classic songs, as well as original hits from her new album, Motions of Love. The theme of the benefit is “Live Life” and attendees will enjoy a two-hour buffet, complimentary beverages and cash bar, live band, DJ and dancing until the close of the event.  Corporate sponsors, non-profit organization exhibits and vendors will be present. A silent auction will also take place.
