Ready, Set SPRING
What’s hot and what’s not for Spring 2008

Get rid of your sweaters, coats, and boots. Spring is here!! It’s time for bright colors, sandals and a flirty dress. Follow these key items you will know what’s hot and what’s not for spring.

Let’s get started with what hot:

Day clutches has more room and a new silhouette. It’s a streamlined alternative to the oversize bag and chic enough for night. A great for transitions from day to night.

Sliver is the metallic of this season. Not just for accessories; try this shimmering look in clothes too. You will also see a lot of metallic within shoes. But don’t disregard gold and bronze, it’s still very fabulous.

Wedge & Platform heel shoe are once again very big this spring. A wedge heel looks great with nearly any length skirt or dress. These shoes add height, but are easier to walk in than stilettos.

Rosettes worn scattered across a dress or as one bold flower. I am not talking about the Carrie Bradshaw aka (Sex in the City) big signature flower. A new modern bloom, not fussy but more romantic look.

Bright colors are so big this season. You see them in clothes as well as accessories. The eighties are back, think of back in day Madonna music video Lucky Star. I am talking about colors like green, yellow, electric blue, and pink. But do not get too eighties crazy and mix your colors like Punky Brewster. That is a fashion not. But however you decide to wear it make sure you wear it with style.

Minidress short and loose. This is the it dress for the season. Pair this flirty style with a pair of high
Wedges and you are sure to make a fashion statement as soon as you step into a room.
Now that your closet is fill with what’s hot this season.

Safari let some wildlife into your closet by tastefully tossing in a few splashes of animal print; black-and-white wonky zebra stripes and giraffe prints are especially hot, as are snakeskin, leopard and cheetah spots. But let’s not get crazy and think going to war.

What’s definitely hot a new take on Girls Night Out, gone are the days meeting your girls at the nail salon and then meeting for drinks. Now you can have the best of both worlds. Dashing Diva located in New York City. This ultra-girlie bubble-gum-pink nail spot are what girls’ night out is all about, friends meet up to drink Cosmos while getting pumiced and polished.

Now let’s get rid of what’s not this season.

Low ride jeans are such no. Gone or the days wear everyone can she what you can’t see. This season it is all about classy. So if you have low ride jean get rid of them now and start this season off right. It all about the high waist jean.

Military style is so over. I know we are still at war but it time to let go of the military look.

Skinny stilettos heels are out. It all about platform and wedges. Think 1940’s. Good-by to aching feet in the skinny stilettos and hello to comfort.

Blazers are no more a cropped jacket is what hot. A cropped jacket with a puffed sleeves and round collars. Were this with a pair of jeans and you will not be a fashion don’t.

Follow this list you will enhance you spring wardrobe and decrease what not hot. But remember what you do make sure to make you own; no one can take that away from you.
